Sarah and Harvey play the great, late Introduction and Rondo in B minor D895. Also known as the Rondo Brillante, this dramatic and virtuosic duo was written in October 1826 and first performed the following year. Also on the programme is Brahms’ mighty piano trio, Op. 8 in B major, an early work he revised in the last years of his life.
